Browser buttons not popping up

Last time I remember trying to use the browser buttons from within PHPStorm (version 10.0.0 and 10.0.1 now), I hovered to the top right and they appeared as they normally would.  However, that has stopped happening.  As far as I can tell, my settings are correct:



I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what else I can do to get the browser buttons to pop up again when I hover the mouse to the top right of the code editor area.  Thanks!
