Attaching phpStorm to the Windows 10 taskbar

When I attach PhpStorm to the Windows 10 taskbar en then open PhpStorm by clicking on this button PhpStorm opens and shows a second taskbar button. This is not normal behaviour. Other applications with their button attached to the tasbar behave as expected. Quiete annoying.

Does anybody else experience this issue?
