Refactoring of classes and Run Application Window
When renaming classes, it would be advantageous it the name of the classes is also renamed in the Run application window. I find that even though the class name is refactored throughout the code, you still get artefacts left in the run window so when you select it it doesen't run.
I'm using build #692.

This sounds like a bug. Please verify that it it reproducible in the latest build (#694) and if so, fill the SCR.
