javadoc errors in orange

Hi...

some of our debvelopers are confused by the red error marks in the quickbar
for javadocs. I think it would be nice to display them in e.g. orange by
default. Additional definable custom entries in the Errors-IDE Settings
would help us also.

Setting them to warning level is not so nice, as it are errors, but not ones
that influence compilability.
