bug: refactoring / moving last class from package

Hi.

I just refactored a project, moving all classes from one package to others.

When I removed the last class from that package, the package stopped existing. Still, it was mentioned in import statements of other classes. So after refactoring, project did not compile anymore.

I could easily fix it by using the "optimize imports" function.
