Cannot open or create project: Stalls - Command.com

Yes, use the batch file instead of the idea.exe launcher. Everything works
fine for me
when using win95/98

I installed EAP build #666 on my home computer and have been developing
just fine and am very pleased, however I then installed it on another
computer and when opening or creating a new project, Command.com appears

The only workaround I know is using java.exe instead of javaw.exe. There is
a bug request in the tracker for this issue.

You can edit idea.lax in the bin directory and set the redirect options to "console".
