Storm On Linux Mint 17: Why Does the mouse Not Focus on The Default Button ?

Linux Mint 17 is built on the current Ubuntu 14 LTS. For some odd reason, only with Storm, no other application, the mouse will not focus on the default button.

since I have a 3 screen set up, this is quite annoying. Storm is in the centre screen and my mouse always flies off to the right hand side screen.

I have asked on both the Ubuntu and Mint forums and no one has an answer.

Any ideas ?
