IDEA user files under Windows NT

Hello

after searching for a while, I finally found the IDEA user files under the "C:\WINNT\.IntellijIdea30" directory. Is that where they are intended to go, and what is the reasoning? Is this documented anywhere?

I believe they are intended to go under the Users Home Dir. On a W2K machine its something like: c:\Documents And Settings\]]>\.IntellijIdea30

Not sure about NT
