setup for dual monitors

You can detach all of the toolwindows (Project, Structure, Ant Build,
Todo, etc.), and move them to your other screen.

It works pretty good for me. I have 2 monitors set-up for 1600x1200. I
work mainly in one window. I float some windows to the other window
when I need to see search results, usages, etc and still work on code.
