Running unit tests via a run configuration is only picking up tests that directly extend TestCase. For example, test classes that extend MOckObjectTestCase are not executed.

I've just reported this bug in JIRA, see http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-1155. Please add your vote in, hopefully this bug will be fixed in one of the upcoming EAP builds.
