About SSH + CVS
As the latest WinCVS 1.3.20.3 Beta 20 , it uses CVSROOT as the following: :ssh;username=someuser;password=someuser;hostname=cvs.coolmars.com:/coolmars/cvs
May we ask IntelliJ to support this CVSROOT syntax?

I would vote against it, because it is not good practice to spread your
password all over your working copy.
