Failed to establish connection to the target VM + Tomcat 4.1.12

Intellij 4.5.2 Build 2244
Tomcat 4.1.12

When I tried to debug webapp, I got "Failed to establish connection to the target VM". Tweaked intellij to use different ports but still got the same error.

Q1. Do Intellij 4.5.2 support Tomcat 4.1.12?
Q2. If not, any work around in the plugin for 4.1.12

Any help would be appreciate. Thks.
