Show Libraries Contents in Packages view turns on automatically

Whenever I've got the Packages view up, and I switch to a file that's in a library, then the "Show Libraries Contents" options turns itself on, and there's a few seconds pause while IDEA parses all of my libraries.

I can see that IDEA is trying to be helpful, but it's actually quite annoying. Is there any way to turn this behaviour off?

Try turning off "Autoscroll from source" in the Project window.
