How to customize contextual menu?

I'd like to add items to the contextual menu when in the editor.
To be more specific, I'd like to have a bookmark toggler when right-clicking onm any part of my code.

I need that since I can't use the F11 key (it conflicts with other shortcuts I have) and I don't want to change it to another key anyway, because I simply prefer using contextual menus.

So, there is a way to do that?

Yes, I've tried that, thank you :)

I don't see anything related to "contextual" menu.
I've just noticed however a series of "Popup menu" items: apparently what is normally called "contextual menu" here is called "popup menu".
