It appears that the Replace in Path feature is disabled until PhpStorm has completed analysis of the project. The project I am working on uses the 51Degrees device detection library and there is an oddity in that library that causes PhpStorm to essentially hang while performing the analysis, thus never enabling the Replace in Path menu item. he library and the debugger isn't enabled until the analysis is complete.
