IDEA 4.0 - tar.gz without JRE download?

Generic Unix distribution doesn't contain JRE:

There is no standalone JRE download available from the JetBrains site,
however you can use one from EAP:

http://www.intellij.net/eap/products/idea/redirect.jsp?filename=idea1002-jre.zip .

For the official/final IDEA 4.0 release, is it possible to just download
the .tar.gz and jre separately like under the EAP?

I've been building RPMs for Redhat/Fedora for the entire EAP series and
love the ease with which it makes installation/upgrading on Linux.
Hopefully this download option is still available rather than the single
50mb download currently.

Excellent. I'd love to be able to share this RPMs publically as well,
although no doubt that would violate some form of redist ( even thou IDEA
requires a license to run ).
