How do I start the UI Designer

I have installed Intellij EAP (1002) but have not been able to find a way to access the UI Designer. I don't see any tool bar button for it or any other means to get to it. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Right click on project source folder, New->UI Form

That option is not in 1050.
It's the same as previous verions ctor, getter, setter,
getter and setter, equals and hash code.

I'm not sure why, but you must use the project tab, not the packages tab.
