Unable to buy from element5 with Paypal

Whenever I order and pay via Paypal via Element5, they end up sending me this:

Dear Mr. Schwoebel,


element 5 processes orders and collects payments on behalf of JetBrains s.r.o..


Unfortunately, the PayPal transaction for your order 44571XXXX failed. The order can therefore not be completed.

This is not good! The account has enough money on it to transfer the funds instantly... shame on e5!

Do you have another reseller, that does not suck?
