The code sniffer batch file is located under
c: \ xampp \ php \ phpcs.bat.

The code sniffer was installed under c:\ xampp \ php \ PEAR \ PHP \ Code Sniffer \.
The standards are located under
c: \ xampp \ php \ PEAR \ PHP \ Code Sniffer \ Standards \ ...

If I want to renew the coding standards, I get an error message.
