Installed phpstorm 5.0.4 everything works. Install near phpstorm 6, at any konekt an error Connection failed
HTTP Proxy settings "no proxy"
OS Windows7
Java v.7 build 1.7.0_17-b02

Hi Oleg,
1) Make sure that you have "None" in "Settings | HTTP Proxy" if you do not use one
2) Try this suggestion: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-101372#comment=27-456190 (it's for Windows 8 .. but may help)
If still nothing: check your idea.log (Help | Reveal Log in Explorer) for any clues.
