Remote Live editing

Hello. I have read on a few threads that remote live editing is supposed to work, but for whatever reason it doesn't seem to work for me, even when using a local server (ie: http:localhost:3000).

Everything works well with local live editing though. Could it be because of the port number things don't resolve properly?
