How to jump quickly from the editor to the project view?

Hi ! I'm fighting with this every day.
I have a file opened in the editor and sometimes I want to copy/delete/move the file, or just go to the parent folder, etc.
Is there any shortcut for this? for moving from the file in the editor to the file in the project view?

I see there's breadcrumb at the top with the path of the current file, and right clicking it there's an option "Jump to Source (F4)", but it only works with the parent folder (when I use it with the file it doesn't do anything) and also is a bit annoying to right click there for jumping to project view.
