LiveEdit is not installed
Hello i just try to install and can`t undestand where from download chrome extension.
I used phpShorm 4.0.3, Coogle Chrome 21.0.1180.89 m
Chrome is active in IDE -> Settings -> Web Browsers, but i don`t see message about "Chrome extension requested to be added" (Dashboard > Web IDE > … > Documentation > LiveEdit )
And i can`t download from http://localhost:63363/jb.crx :) (Dashboard > Web IDE > … > Documentation > How to install Chrome extension )

Have you installed LiveEdit plugin via plugin manager (0.3.117.1 is available for PhpStorm 4.0.3)?
Yes. LiveEdit 0.3.117.1 via plugin manager in PhpStorm 4.0.3

1) ensure that plugin is installed — do you see "Live Edit" in View menu?
2) http://localhost:63363 server not found error?
3) Can you attach idea log (Help -> Reveal in Finder).
