PhpStorm: possibility to add files to Subversion automatically, when they are created externally?

Is there a possibility to add files to Subversion automatically, when they are created externally?
I know that there is an option for auto adding file when you create it directly in PhpStorm (see a screenshot below), but i can't find any options for auto adding file after it was created in external program (ex: i copied image to my project directory in Windows Explorer), or even how to scan project for that files and add them all at once.
