Cannot see Directories in project view

After opening phpStorm I only see the files in my project root directory and no direcories.
Just like there is a filter or somthing. I search quite a lot for the right preference buzt cannot find anything.

One hint may be that my open file have a yellowish tab color which I haven't seen before.
