Under Window menu item, Store Current Layout as Default.
Another good question though is if v3 permits saving another layout. This would be very practical. For example, select the debug layout when debugging and switch back to code layout.
I tryed this button but it dont work until i killed the ".WebIde10" folder.
I think there was something incompatible with the v2 settings.
