Missing syntax highlighting

PHPStorm is a great IDE for PHP but... I often need to use some Ruby scripts in the same PHP project (e.g. for Capistrano deployment) and I do not have aven basic highlighting. I have to run Rubymine to have some code analyse and syntax highlighting. Using two IDEs is anoying. I know there is InteliJ IDEA Ultimate but it is pretty useless  - it cannot create PHP nor Ruby project from the directory.  Maybe that intellij project  should be more universal and cover more than one language inside?
