"PHP Interface" template not appearing in "New file..." menu
Is this a bug? Or is there a way of enabling this? It seems like there is no way I can access the file template - or any of the new custom ones I create.

The template avaiable from the 'Create new PHP class' action
You can use Up/Down key strokes to quickly change template kind
