Run Command tool stdout

Hi,

Frequently (but not always) when using a command (e.g. pwd, ls) with 'Run Command' for the first time, I don't see any stdout in the 'Commands output' tool window.

Example:

| > pwd
|
| Process finished with exit code 0 [...]

The second time around it works as expected. As I said, it's not 100% reproducible. It seems to happen always after I (re)start the IDE, and frequently after I closed the tool window. Is this a known bug or am I missing something?

(OS X PHPStorm 2.1 and 2.1.1 EAP)
