PHPStorm 2.0....broke CVS

Is anyone else seeing issues like this?

It's a really big deal. Big enough, that we are going to downgrade and just use the EAP. We don't have a choice. Can't do most CVS actions without it hanging up. Worked fine in the last EAP.
