MySQL connectin problem

Hi there,

You can start with showing your actual DB connection settings -- showing just an error message (a generic error message) is not enough.

Right now it could be firewall, wrong port, wrong permissions (that user cannot login from such host) etc

can't it be also that i can't start vagrant for example?

if not where can i setup firewall, wrong port, wrong permissions (that user cannot login from such host) etc in PHPStorm

Maybe -- you have not provided any details to say "yes" or "no".

1. Are you running MySQL inside Vagrant instance?
2. If so -- You are still able to start vagrant outside of PhpStorm. Does it work then?
3. Are you able to connect to your MySQL from another program?

i don't try it yet,

vagrant runs but have now trouble with virtualbox, i think i will found the solution soon :).
