HTML Code Style newlines/indents not working

 I set up HTML to have newlines and indents for the tags I want, turned off word wrap, set right margin to 999 (for both HTML and general), and it's still not putting certain nested tags on a newline and indenting them but putting tag attributes on the next line with indent, making it harder to read.
