DataGrip missing toolbar

I'm missing the toolbar on the top of the editor when I open a SQL file.

I see it in some of the Datagrip pages like below

But I don't see it on mine.

Can anyone help me get that toolbar or tell me a way to add the execute button on the main toolbar?
