Changing gutter colour in new UI

In the old UI, the gutter and editor were different colours and it was easy to differentiate between them. Is it possible to do the same in the new UI?

Workaround:
In “Settings | Editor | Color scheme | General", it is possible to set the “Background” color for “Editor | Gutter background”
