How to get rid of keyboard shortcut pop-up

All of a sudden, I started getting these annoying pop-ups in IntelliJ. Anyone has any idea where they're coming from or how to get rid of them?

You have installed and enabled Key promoter plug-in. Disable it: http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/enabling-and-disabling-plugins.html.
