IntelliJ Javadoc tooltip/autopopup not working

Hi.

I don't know why, but IntelliJ is not showing the tooltip/autopopup Javadoc documentation when I'm over a method or a class.

I've checked the options and it appears that everything should be working, but it does not. I've tried to unchecked, press ok and then checked again, but it does not work.

Anyone have an idea on what I can do?
