GitHub Education Edition linking with Jetbrains not Working.

I tried via E-Mail and GitHub verification to renew my Jetbrains. With GitHub no other Browser tab opend.

a GitHub Student Develper Pack at https://github.com/education
After having a GitHub Student Developer Pack, you can use the Authorize with GitHub option to claim a free subscription at: https://www.jetbrains.com/shop/eform/students
You can send me a screenshot of you application on our website If you don't succeed with your application with the option GitHub. In this case you'll get our notification.
Besides, I need the following information to check what was going wrong:
1. The screenshot of your student GitHub profile
2. Your GitHub username
3. Your initial email address verified by GitHub
4. Any officially issued document with your full name and confirmation of your current educational status.
