Can't renew educational license.

My Jetbrains educational license (which was activated through GitHub), and my GitHub student license had expired. I applied for new GitHub student license and it got approved. But, when I try to reactivate jetbrains with GitHub, it says “This GitHub account has already been used to apply. Please check your inbox for an invitation email with instructions on how to proceed”. I have tried several email addresses and i am getting the same error again and again.

We do not have an account under that email, Can you please provide me with any other email that you might have used?
Hmm, I've tried every other email I've ever had but none are working:

- 200582@students.d120.org (no longer have access, it's a high school email)

Please create a request here https://www.jetbrains.com/support/sales/#email-sales, provide information about your GitHub username, send a screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of being verified as belonging to a student, a screenshot with your GitHub primary email address, your student email address and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your
full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
