PyCharm won't launch in Win11

I met the same problem while launch PyCharm Community Edition 2024.2.2 in Win11.

It looks like you're installing a cracked PyCharm version from the first lines of the output.
Please remove this and use the Toolbox App to manage your IDE instances.
