Hello,
I’m experiencing performance issues with IntelliJ IDEA when working on large projects. The IDE becomes slow, especially when indexing or performing code analysis. I’ve tried increasing the heap size and disabling unused plugins, but the problem persists.
Are there any additional configurations or optimizations I can apply to improve the performance? Or are there any specific guidelines for handling large projects in IntelliJ?

Could you please clarify what kind of slowness do you face - delay while typing, slow UI element rendering, etc.?
Please share logs folder zipped (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files) to check threaddumps and recorded events.
