Email from support with broken links

I filled out a support request and received email from Support (from address: int**********ort@jetbrains.com) but the links to the request/conversation are broken.

Hi Jerome,
I was frustrated with the behavior and odd complexity of the Find in Files feature. Most of the time, I don't want to search hidden directories and yet the only way I've found to exclude said directories is with the Scope feature, which cannot be shared, oddly, across projects.
Support directed me to set up a custom scope in the
File | New Project Setup | Settings For New Projects...window. New projects will then contain the custom scope.Regards,
