Forge 1.12.2 Gradle doesn't load Resources folder on runClient.

Using latest version of Intellij, I cannot for the life of me get the resources folder loaded. I've tried the proposed solutions here https://forums.minecraftforge.net/topic/77064-solved-modding-with-intellij-the-asset-problem/ and here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27623326/minecraft-forge-not-loading-textures/27624502#27624502 which neither have worked.

Kisercade Does the issue persist outside of IDEA (i. e. when you are running Gradle from the OS Command Prompt)?
If it does not, could you please share more details on the issue: build output, including the full error message you are getting?
If possible, please also share the affected Project.
