How i can add custom path for .prettierrc
HI. In my project I need to add .prettierrc file in ./configs/.prettierrc, but I can't find the way to configure custom path. (not root directory). Please if there is some way just let me know.

Unfortunately it's not possible at the moment. Please vote for WEB-60059 to get notified of any progress with this feature request.
