Hightlight breadcrumb's filename when code changed or syntax error

In previous versions of PhpStorm, I remember that when you made a change or the code had a syntax issue, the breadcrumbs section on the current filename would be highlighted. If there was a syntax error, a red underline would appear under the filename (e.g., Util.php). However, in version 2024.3, nothing happens
This is exactly what i wanted but it only happen in Recent panel 👇
