IntelliJ freezing after clicking the Run button

I click to the Run button, then loading animation appears in the place of run button. It freezes there and barely move, even if it moves with lagging application doesn't get started. And in this time any single feature of IDE doesn't work. I cannot go to settings or something.

I have tried solutions like ‘Invalidating caches’, disabling plug-ins. But didn't fix the problem.
