Can't copy and paste with mouse in built-in database viewer?

The “Copy” option is no longer clickable. I have to use the keyboard to do copy and paste. When I try to paste, it shows a popup saying “CSV (comma-separated) format was detected for pasted text.” The pop-up appears whenever I paste any text. It comes up only recently, maybe after the update to the 2024.3.5. 

Desktop: Mac Mini M2.
