How do I change the colour of the highlighting of the focused item in Settings?

Hi!
this color is specified within the UI theme, and sadly, there's no UI setting to change it. We have a feature request in our tracker that you might want to upvote - IJPL-55524.
As a solution, I can only suggest that you try another theme plugin or create your own theme. The responsible color key for the selection in your screenshot is named
Tree.selectionBackground.It's also possible to set and try the desired color via LaF defaults (requires the IDE to be run in internal mode), but it will be stored only until the IDE restarts.
