How do I change background color of excluded files?

I'm creating a theme. I can't figure out the JSON key or whatever it is for excluded files' background

Hi! AFAICS, “Yellow” is hardcoded to be used for non-project files, and the corresponding theme key is “FileColor.Yellow” - so if you want some other color there out of the box, you have to set it to the color you prefer. The same applies for other colors that you can see in the color dropdown under File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | File Colors. Hope this helps.
