Constant flickering of project

I see that Project folder I have opened is always flickering and GIT tab is totaly blank - 
1. Project directory is always flickering 
2. Git tab is showing commit for one to 2 sec and then went completly blank 

I am using 
IntelliJ IDEA 2024.3.5 (Community Edition)
Build #IC-243.26053.27, built on March 16, 2025
Runtime version: 21.0.6+8-b631.39 aarch64 (JCEF 122.1.9)
VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o.
Toolkit: sun.lwawt.macosx.LWCToolkit
macOS 15.4
GC: G1 Young Generation, G1 Concurrent GC, G1 Old Generation
Memory: 2048M
Cores: 14
Metal Rendering is ON
Registry:

I also encountered that when creating a Java Maven project, the directory sometimes displays and sometimes does not, and the pom file is not recognized correctly

Could you check if the project is in a folder with correct permissions? It would help if you could upload idea logs using (`Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data...`) and share the upload id here.
