The option “Use non-modal commit interface” seems to have also been removed with the latest update. Is there anyway to bring back the local changes tab?
I haven't seen any note on this in the Release Notes . This is certainly annoying, in my opinion the non-modal commit “dialog” is subpar in comparison to the modal commit dialog. The limited space and not showing quick overview of changes makes me downgrade to the previous version until this is brought back (hopefully).
:) You have to install the plugin “git modal commit interface” and then go to Settings | Advanced Settings | Version Control to enable it (use model commit interface).
